About Renovation Cleaning
We are a family business, run by Mimmo and Nancy from Southbank, and we clean up after renovations and builds across Melbourne. When you ring the number on this website you are speaking to the people responsible for the job.
The business started with Nancy cleaning homes in the buildings around where we lived, advertised on flyers printed at home. It grew because the work was good and people said so to their neighbours. More than ten years in the cleaning industry later, it still runs that way: we take on what we can do properly, and we say no to what we cannot.
Renovation and builders cleaning is now what we specialise in, because it is the work that is most often done badly. It is slower, more detailed and harder to price honestly than a standard house clean, and the people who need it (homeowners moving back in, renovators presenting a project, builders chasing a handover date) are the ones most let down when it goes wrong.

How we work
Four things we hold to, because they are the four places this trade usually goes wrong.
We scope before we price
A renovation clean quoted sight-unseen is a guess, and guesses get revised upwards on the day. Photos or an inspection come first, every time, and the quote states the hours and what is in and out.
We say when a job is bigger than you think
Heavy plaster dust, set grout haze, film that has been on through a summer, these take much longer than they look in a photo. We would rather tell you at quoting stage than surprise you with a variation.
We finish with a walkthrough, guaranteed
Nothing is signed off from a distance. Our Final Walkthrough Guarantee: half an hour before we finish, we walk the property with you room by room, and anything missed or not up to standard gets fixed on the spot, before we pack up.

You will not find invented review counts, borrowed photos or awards nobody gave us on this website. Where our proof is thin, we say so. See our project record.
