What our jobs actually look like, one for each kind of client we clean for. Addresses and client names are withheld for privacy: these are people’s homes and builders’ client projects, and we treat both accordingly.
Three jobs, three different problems
A homeowner, a renovator and a builder need the same dust gone for different reasons. This is how each job runs.
Homeowner
Post-renovation clean after a kitchen and bathroom renovation
The trades leave, and the fine dust stays: inside every cupboard, in the window tracks, settling back onto benches an hour after they’re wiped. On a job like this we clear residue from the new surfaces, clean the joinery inside and out, detail the wet areas, and allow for the second settling of airborne dust before the final pass. A renovated kitchen and bathroom typically takes a full day, and it ends with the owner walking every room with us before we pack up.
Renovator
After-builders clean on a completed extension
The renovator’s problem is presentation: the client judges the whole build by how it looks at reveal. Grout haze on new tiles, protective film baked onto glazing, plaster dust in every cornice. The finish work is what these jobs are about. We schedule against the presentation date, not our own convenience, and the clean is done to be photographed.
Builder
Staged handover clean for a residential build
Builders’ jobs run to a programme. A whole-home builders clean is usually multi-day and often staged: a rough clean while trades finish elsewhere, then the final clean, then a touch-up before the client walkthrough. The walkthrough with the site contact at the end is standard, so defects in the clean are raised and fixed while we are still on site with equipment.

Fourteen reviews, all five stars, verified on 3 August 2026. Reviews have come in at roughly one a month over the past year. It is a small number for a business of our age and we would rather publish it accurately than inflate it.
Why we withhold names and addresses
Because these are people’s homes, and builders’ client relationships. We would rather publish less and keep our clients’ trust than dress this page up with details that are not ours to share. Every claim here can be verified on request.
