Process
How it works
Six steps. You know the scope and the price before step four, and nothing about the job is open-ended once you have accepted the quote.
Send photos
Five or six photos of the worst areas, plus the suburb, the property type, roughly how many rooms and levels, and the date you need it done by. Two minutes on your phone through the quote form.
We assess the scope
We look at what the trades have left: how heavy the dust is, what residue is on the glass and fixtures, whether there is grout haze, how much detail the joinery needs. If the job is bigger than the photos suggest we tell you then, not on the day.
Quote or inspection
Straightforward jobs get a written quote with inclusions, exclusions and hours. Larger builds, staged work, multiple dwellings and commercial handovers get a site inspection first, because quoting those from photos would be a guess.
Schedule
We book to your date (the move-in, the handover or the client walkthrough) and confirm access, power, water, parking and any building or site requirements before the day.
Clean
We work the property in order: top to bottom, dry work before wet, wet areas and floors last, so we are not carrying dust back through rooms we have finished. On heavy jobs the scope allows for going back over surfaces after the airborne dust settles.
Walkthrough
We walk the property with you or your site contact before we pack up. Anything raised gets fixed while we are still there with equipment and people, rather than booked as a return visit.
What we need from you
Every one of these has stopped a job on the day at some point. Confirm them when you book and none of them will.
Access for the whole booked window
Keys, a code, a lockbox or someone on site. For apartments and towers we also need visitor parking or a loading bay, lift access, and any building manager approval or induction sorted before the day.
Power and water
Connected and working. On new builds and sites still under construction this is worth checking rather than assuming. A renovation clean cannot be done without either.
The areas clear
Trades finished and their tools, materials and offcuts removed from the rooms we are cleaning. Where that is not possible, we schedule staged work instead so you are not paying to clean the same room twice.
Anything unusual, in advance
Delicate finishes, uncured paint, brand-new timber, natural stone, heritage features, a sealed-off room, pets on site, or damage you already know about. Tell us before the day and we will work around it.
Timing, access and payment
Standard positions. Your written quote confirms the version that applies to your job.
| Item | Standard position |
|---|---|
| How long it takes | Quoted in hours against the scope. A renovated kitchen and bathroom typically runs into a full day; a whole-home builders clean is usually multi-day and staged. We do not start an open-ended job. |
| Hours we work | Seven days, 6:00am to 10:00pm. Early starts and evening work are available on sites where building or site access hours allow it. |
| Rescheduling | Renovation dates slip. Tell us as early as you can and we move the booking. Very late notice is the only thing that causes a problem, because the window is hard to replace. |
| Access | Site access for the booked window, working power and water, and the areas clear of trades and materials. |
| If something is not right | Raise it at the walkthrough and we fix it while we are on site. Anything within the agreed written scope gets rectified before we leave. |
| Payment terms | Full payment secures your booking. Prefer to split it? Pay 50% to book and the balance when the team arrives on the day. Card, bank transfer or cash. The amount is confirmed on your written quote before anything starts. |
The Final Walkthrough Guarantee. Half an hour before we finish, we walk the property with you or your site contact, room by room. Anything missed, or not cleaned to standard and still cleanable, is fixed on the spot. We don’t leave until every room is checked and you’re happy. If you can’t be there in person, we do it by phone with photos.
