Five or six photos of the worst areas is usually enough for us to scope the job properly. Fill in what you know, attach the photos and we will come back with a scope and a price in writing. If it is a larger build or a handover, ask for a site inspection instead. There is a box for it below.

Have the trades finished? This matters more than anything else on the form. If trades are still on site we will quote it as staged work, so you are not paying to clean the same room twice.

Attach 5–10 photos Wide shots of each room, plus close-ups of anything bad: grout haze, paint on glass, heavy dust, residue on fixtures.

Up to 15 photos. They are resized on your phone before sending, so a full set goes through on mobile data. Photograph the worst of it, not the best: an honest set gets you an accurate quote; a flattering set gets you a quote that changes on the day.

What happens after you send this

Straight away: your answers and photos come through to us together, and the next page confirms they arrived.
We review the scope: a person looks at the photos and works out what the job actually needs.
You get a quote or a call: a written quote with inclusions, exclusions and hours, or a call to arrange an inspection if the job warrants one.
You decide: no obligation, and no follow-up that you have not agreed to.
