Privacy policy

Renovation Cleaning is a Melbourne cleaning business run by Mimmo and Nancy. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do and do not do with it. Last updated 1 September 2026.

What we collect

Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and the property’s suburb, when you send them through our quote form, ring us or email us.
Photos of your property: the images you send us so we can scope and quote the job.
Job details: what was renovated or built, access arrangements, dates, and anything else you tell us so we can do the work.

What we use it for

To quote your job, schedule it, do it, and follow up about it, including replying by phone, SMS or email. After a completed job we may ask you for a Google review. That is the full list.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information to anyone.
We do not publish photos of your property, your name or your address on this website or anywhere else without your explicit permission. Our project record deliberately withholds client names and addresses for exactly this reason.
We do not add you to marketing lists unrelated to the job you contacted us about.

How it is stored

Enquiries and job records are stored in the customer management system we run the business on, hosted by our software providers. Access is limited to the people who need it to handle your job.

Access and correction

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or ring 0485 002 004 and we will deal with it directly.

The law that applies

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
