A great deal of glass
Bayside rebuilds are glass-heavy: stacker doors, full-height windows, glass balustrades and pool fencing. Glass carries protective film, adhesive residue, plaster splatter and paint spots, and it is the first surface anyone judges. It is a large share of the hours on these jobs.
Multi-day and multi-level
A two-storey rebuild is not a one-day clean, and quoting it as one is how a job ends up half-finished at 6pm. These are scoped in days with a team, and the quote states it.
The walkthrough matters more
